I can confirm that issue 1 is now solved!

For issue 2, where should the 'Show' link go to?

For me, the 'Show' link is trying to link to
http://cgi-bin/koha/opac-detail.pl?biblionumber=

Is it supposed to link to the record in the remote Koha instance?
