Hi Katrin.
Yes, I can see it on master.  Do you know what version this comes in?  These
sys prefs that appear here are all relatively new, we would like to see all sys
prefs that deal with fines, accounting, etc to be housed in one location, so I
will submit a bug to move some others such as, finesmode, finecalendar,
allfinesoverride, calculatefines
