I wanted to add my signoff to these because they're working well following the
test plan. However there is one problem highlighted by the QA tool:

 FAIL   Koha/Template/Plugin/Koha.pm
   OK     critic
   OK     forbidden patterns
   OK     git manipulation
   OK     pod
   FAIL   pod coverage
                POD is missing for Config
