As it, we are moving the atomic updates to the db_rev directory. Is it the
behaviour we want?

Should we 1. support both syntaxes (.perl and .pl) in
installer/data/mysql/atomicupdate or 2. keep this directory for the old syntax
and new atomic updates will be expected in installer/data/mysql/db_revs?
