I assumed we already moved to 035 earlier, but not sure now. 
Not sure when I get to test this out, does someone know?

I think to be fully compliant it would be:

Copy 001 and 003 as "(003)001" to 035.
Update 001 to internal ID and 003 to MARCOrgCode.
