Hi Afzhal, there is not enough information here for us to see what is going
wrong for you and this is very likely to be a configuration or installation
issue instead of a code bug. I suggest to bring this up on the mailing list

Please include information about the Koha version you are using, how it was
installed and what steps lead to the error. The URL that doesn't open might be
helpful too.

What do you mean by "is navigating to BOOKS"?
