When ExportCircHistory is enabled, there is an extra column "Export" visible in
the table of checkouts on the details and checkouts tabs in staff.

This column/functionality is not needed often and it would be great if it could
be set to hidden by default via the table configuration options.

At the moment the column is explicitly set so it cannot be hidden/toggled.
