That takes a fair number of steps (starting up koha-testing-docker is very slow
these days due to db setup), and it isn't easy to comment via Bugzilla when the
changes are spread out across a large number of overlapping patches.

Yeah that makes sense. I wasn't suggesting that someone should. I'm just super
time poor for Koha these days.
