1. Do we really need status=>other to be passed?

2. Shouldn't the pref's names contain "OPAC"?

3. One test is failing

    #   Failed test 'All records have at least one item available'
    #   at t/db_dependent/Search.t line 500.
    #          got: 'false'
    #     expected: 'true'
