Another point :

Since in opac.pref, syspref PatronSelfModificationBorrowerUnwantedField and
PatronSelfRegistrationBorrowerMandatoryField contain :
exclusions: sort1|sort2

So should new syspref PatronSelfModificationMandatoryField ?
