I think these would be ok:

+UPDATE systempreferences SET value = '' WHERE variable = 'OpacNav';
+UPDATE systempreferences SET value = '' WHERE variable = 'OpacNavBottom';

The default is in English - I think in the German file some have been
translated but setting them to empty is valid too.
