Right.. I agree with your patch.. mostly.

In the RFC3339 regex we actually do '([Tt\s])'.. Whilst I think ISO was
slightly more strict.. i.e 'T' now and '\s' before (So I agree to allowing for
both).. should we also support lower case 't' ?
