I reproduce.

Ajax call returns a JSON with an HTML href containing a JSON HTML-encoded.
  value=\"[% To.json(data) | html %]\"

This double-quotes generates :
  \"test\"

Maybe as a quick fix remove borrowernotes from those Ajax tables.
