Tried again.

I squashed the patches, and apply the changes from those 4 files only:
 Koha/ArticleRequest/Status.pm                                   | 21

 Koha/ArticleRequests.pm                                         | 11

 Koha/Template/Plugin/Biblio.pm                                  |  1 +
 koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/circ/request-article.tt |  2 ++

And the failure appears randomly.

It's a weird one, I don't understand what's going on but it's hiding something
for sure.
