To recreate:

1. Go to QOTD tool (/cgi-bin/koha/tools/quotes.pl) 
2. Click Add quote
3. A new quote is automatically added with Text & Source of:

onkeydown="fnClickAddQuote(event,this.parentNode.parentNode)"/>
