I still prefer 'Blocks' or 'Content blocks' but am happy to be overruled there.

However, this isn't working fully for me.. in the HTML Customisations screen if
I attempt to edit an existing block the Display locations dropdown only shows
the News options and not the Nav blocks etc.

As later change, I'd love to see a more visual display on the blocks page
highlighting where the blocks of content will actually appear rather than just
a table.. but that's certainly a later enhancement.
