Note that behavior in staff interface in catalogue/MARCdetail.pl is different :
$item->{ $subf[$i][0] } .= GetAuthorisedValueDesc( $field->tag(), $subf[$i][0],
$subf[$i][1], '', $tagslib) || $subf[$i][1];
