I agree.  I think this is a great idea so long as there is some kind of system
preference to turn it on or off.  Even better, though, would be to make it part
of the circulation rules so that it could be turned on or off based on the
borrower's home library or part of the patron category configuration so it
could be turned on or off based on a borrower's category.
