One of my libraries (before they joined us) did a lot of customizations to
FindDuplicate to get around this problem. Their customizations were all about
making the query more specific.

In theory, the max number of results to be returned is 50. That's quite a few,
especially since we're running an inefficient TransformMarcToKoha over every
one of those results.

I'll have to look into this more.
