I am still investigating. The below templates works for acq claims, but not for
orders:

<<aqbooksellers.name>>
<<aqbooksellers.address1>>
<<aqbooksellers.address2>>
<<aqbooksellers.address3>>
<<aqbooksellers.address4>>
<<aqbooksellers.phone>>

Ordernumber <<aqorders.ordernumber>> (<<aqorders.title>>)
(<<aqorders.quantity>> ordered) (each $<<aqorders.listprice>> €).

As the code for the orders is based on the code for the claims... where is the
difference?
