Sender and Return-path are envelope headers. So the email has a From, but the
envelope also says 'This is sent by Sender on behalf of From, and in the event
of a delivery failure, please send the failure to Return-path'.

My perception is that ReturnpathDefault/$library->returnpath should be used to
set the Return-path, and the Sender. Unless we want to be incredibly flexible
and split them. But that'd be out of the scope of the bug, and probably that
should be solved by sysadmins with some rules on the MTA.
