Cannot recreate 1, but 3:

- New library created TESTÄ/TESTÄ
- Use it for logged in library
- Checkout

Invalid value passed, branchcode=\xC4 expected type is string at
/usr/share/perl5/Exception/Class/Base.pm line 88
