i have updated koha version from 19.11 to 20.11

after updating, i am facing 500 internal server error when i try to save system
preferences
error in console : cgi-bin/koha/svc/config/systempreferences/ [HTTP/1.1 500
Internal Server Error 

apache2 error log :

systempreferences: Can't open /var/log/koha/sip.log (Permission denied) at
/usr/local/share/perl/5.22.1/Log/Log4perl/Appender/File.pm line 151

permission :
