I try to connect from console with yaz-client but get the same error
/etc/koha/sites/catalog# yaz-client tcp:localhost:2200
Connecting...OK.
Sent initrequest.
Target closed connection

I believe that maybe need another conf in koha-conf.xml or z3950/config.xml
