I've tested this a little bit now, and the same happens if there's only one
item. That item is available, and problem is still the same. 

We have specific library rules (but only one library) and they clearly seems to
be used around the system in other cases. 

This is is not a big problem for us, as the the Staff normally can overwrite
this if they have a reason for it. It is just that a warning should appear and
indicate that you probably should not do it :)
