Running `dbic` generates a change to Koha/Schema/Result/MarcOverlayRule.pm. It
removes a FK to Koha::Schema::Result::MarcOverlayRulesModule.
However this table does not exist. Should I drop the schema changes and
regenerate it properly or here is something else missing?
