Hi Andrew and Henry, 

Thanks for testing Andrew. I found you weren't getting the "permission has no
actual effect while this list is strictly private" message in the OPAC due to a
JavaScript error. I think that should be fixed up in the patch I've just
attached, 

Henry, I think I've also addressed your "No staff only option in OPAC" point
(from  comment #5), and have added a step 25 to the test plan on my new patch
to cover testing that.

Can you please re-test now?
