This would be good feature to have. Preferably so that Koha fills automatically
the 001 with Koha biblionumber (biblio.biblionumber), if the 001 is empty. This
should happen quickly after the biblio record has been saved. This feature is
needed for example the UseControlNumber setting to be used when linking
bibliographic records.
