At this point, I'd love some feedback on the account-details page updates.... I
think the two patches that affect it can be merged, but I'd like to know if
we're showing enough detail on each line.. if it's the right detail and is
clear.

I also need to add a Unit test for the introduction of the 'manager' relation
on Koha::Account::Line and I think we could move from the account_offset_types
table to a simple enum column at this point.
