Bug 26587 . It's a bit diffrent, about caching in GetItemsInfo and Branches
template plugin. To speed up detail.pl and opac-detail.pl. What I meant is that
one could cache in GetAuthorizedValueDesc instead of XSLTParse4Display for the
same effect.
There's the issue about caching for the life of the worker though.
