30M can be saved is we remove C4::Biblio and C4::Koha

Then we should replace the 2 use in the SearchEngine conditional with require
statements (ie. don't need to load Koha::Z3950Responder::ZebraSession if we are
using elastic).

And it's down to ~45M (vs 160Mo), before the a request is made.
