Thanks Owen - I didn't think about rebuilding the CSS!

The only thing I noticed is that as it is now centered, when the screen becomes
too narrow the left side of the block with the search box, submit button are
off the screen, rather than left aligned as it is currently - but there are
always tradeoffs, and would be unusable at this size anyway.
