Bugzilla is used for bugs and enhancements, but as your questions sounds more
like a installation/setup question, it should be moved to mailing list
(https://koha-community.org/support/koha-mailing-lists/) or IRC
(https://koha-community.org/get-involved/irc/). You will get much more
attention/readers for your question there too.

Please make sure to add the version and how you installed Koha. And also any
steps taken for configuring/debugging your LDAP issue so far.
