I think there is something wrong with the notice.

 31         });

when the installer file is still using notes

 233             - "Your request for an article from <<biblio.title>>
(<<items.barcode>>) has been canceled for the following reason:"
 234             - ""
 235             - "<<article_requests.notes>>"

By the way, shouldn't we copy the notes to the cancellation_reason when the
article request has been canceled?
