I am very sorry, but I think I found another inconsistency:

CustomCoverImages
LocalCoverImages
AllowMultipleCovers 
GoogleJackets

1) On the results page: CustomCover (a random image url), local cover and
Google cover.
2) Switch to detail page: Only custom and local cover show.
3) Reload page with F5: Google cover appears.

Same test plan applies to results without a local cover.
