Hi Ben,

Did you restart memcached/plack after applying the patches? The selection
worked for me.
You should see PUT/DELETE routes for:
/api/v1/import/{import_batch_id}/records/{import_record_id}/matches/chosen
if you check 
http://localhost:8080/api/v1/.hmtl
adjusting the URL for your test environment
