Currently correcting some minor bugs revealed when replacing archive files
distinguished between binary files and files otherwise inappropriate for
version control and version controlled files.  Previous testing rerunning
script changes but without replacing files excluded from version control had
missed such bugs.  The issue makes it more obvious that my previous conclusion
over several iterations testing version control file inclusion that more
unmodified non-binary files our existing installation archive are inappropriate
for inclusion in version control.
