It seems to be linked to the dateformat preferences. That bug does not appear
when using the iso format (yyyy-mm-dd). Other format will still glitch but
change the 'wrong' date (for instance, dd/mm/yyyy sets my edited dates to
January 2021)

My work environment is french so it might be a glitch due to javascript and the
browser.
