I worked through the whole set one last time.. must admit brain is hazy on the
details with so much water under the bridge again.. but it all appears to be
working as expected.

QA scripts spit out some noise, but I'm confident it's all noise due to git
manipulations and things.

Passing QA.

Yes, we need the feedback stuff handled in a follow-up bug.
