To reproduce:
1. Pick a file for staging:
   $ kshell
  k$ misc/stage_file.pl --file TestDataImportKoha.mrc
=> SUCCESS: All good
2. Commit!
  k$ misc/commit_file.pl --batch-number 1
=> FAIL: You see
