I have 2 issues with this change that I in fact like a lot!

1) The table configuration was not updated, so it still has "holdingbranch" for
the returns table.

2) I wonder if replacing "holdingbranch" with "transfer to" works for all
libraries and all use cases. If we think about rotating collections, floating
collection, stock rotation and similar, seeing the holding library might still
be useful. At the moment, the "transfer to" column will remain empty when there
is no tranfer/hold, so this information is gone from display. Could we agree to
add "transfer to" in addition to holdingbranch? With the table settings this
would make it a flexible solution.
