This is interesting. I always assumed that people just went with "a" for AACR2
for LDR/18, but it looks like the practice for RDA is to use "i" or "c"
according to a few sources like OCLC
(https://www.oclc.org/bibformats/en/fixedfield/desc.html).

OCLC has some examples that suggests even when using AACR2 that they'd use "a"
when including punctuation and "c' when punctuation is omitted
