Actually, that's irrelevant. I was mixing up "ReservesMaxPickUpDelay" and
"ExpireReservesMaxPickUpDelay". The description of
"ExpireReservesMaxPickUpDelay" is actually a bit misleading and isn't relevant
after all (since a user could nominate their own expiry regardless of
ReservesMaxPickUpDelay).
