I signed existing patches.

But also added one :
  Bug 24223: (follow-up) Do not add id 'opacnav' in navigation.inc

Like in Bug 28927, no need anymore to create a div with id 'opacnav' :
it will generate a div with id="opacnav" and one inside with id="OpacNav".
