Tested with Arthur's git on a sandbox. 
First tests (comments #1, #2 and #3) worked well (we have Default, ACQ, FA and
Authorities frameworks)

Test on comment #4 failed, we couldn't install a new language. 
"misc/translation/translate create xx-YY" didn't create
"misc/translation/po/xx-YY-installer-UNIMARC.po"

On the default framework itself it looks really good, we just think it'd be
better not to collapse the following fields : 
001 
010$d
020 
021  
106 
3XX 
4XX 
5XX 
8XX 
9XX
We imported all authorities types, it's great, thanks a lot.
