Yeah that sounds reasonable to me. Plus, older versions of Debian are still
listed as recommended for Koha on
https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/System_requirements_and_recommendations so
it would be good to determine that the YAZ library is the culprit here so we
could note it down.
