I'm reconsidering whether this should be hard coded to be included in the
autocomplete searches.  Those searches only allow for ten results at a time and
adding another field into the mix could actually reduce their relevance.. How
often is a staff user going to start typing a middle name in preference to a
firstname, surname or cardnumber?

We can still display the middle name in the results to allow easily picking
between them, but actually searching on middle name seems like an odd
practice..?
