I got errors from each of these scripts:

basket/sendbasket.pl
opac/opac-sendbasket.pl
opac/opac-sendshelf.pl
virtualshelves/sendshelf.pl

The default CART and LIST notices contain HTML but the "HTML message" checkbox
is not checked when I edit the notice.

When viewing the list of notices, I see this:

| catalog | CART  | Send cart  |
| catalog | LIST  | Send list  |
+─────────+───────+────────────+

But when I edit either of those notices "Acquisitions" is selected as the
module. This isn't the case with other notices.
