I was recently looking at the Patron Clubs and Patron Lists features.  I would
have prefered to use the Clubs feature, but lack of bulk enrollment forced me
to use the Lists feature instead.
I found the way Patron Lists handles adding multiple patrons to a list to be
excellent, and suggest using that as a model for adding bulk enrollment to the
Clubs feature.  It allows searching for a patron from the List details, and can
present a text box for entering either patron cardnumbers or patron id's, which
would then be added.  This would fulfill most of the requested functionality.
