I mean, I am not going to write UI tests, neither a full coverage of the import
process. And enqueuing jobs is already tested by t/db_dependent/BackgroundJob.t

I could make you happy by making `git grep MARCImportCommitBatch t` returns a
couple of occurrences, but I don't know how to have a test that would be useful
and that won't require too much time to write.
